TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES

​

All prices are per person based on double occupancy per cabin unless otherwise noted. There are a limited number of triple and quad cabins.  For single occupancy of a double-occupancy cabin, the guest is charged twice the full double-occupancy price.

****Prices does not include taxes and fees.  Gratuities are not included.

What IS included?

​

The following amenities are included in the price of The Way You Move Dance Cruise:

  • 7 nights’ accommodations on the Carnival Liberty cruise ship

  • Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at any of the ship’s complimentary restaurants

  • Select non-alcoholic beverages

  • All The Way You Move Dance Cruise activities*

  • All The Way You Move Dance Cruise parties and after-parties*

  • All workshops, classes, and other activities on the ship (unless specifically excluded)

  • Use of fitness center

  • Room service meals

 

What’s NOT included?

​

The following amenities are not included in the price of The Way You Move Dance Cruise:

Gratuities of $112 per person

Alcoholic beverages, sodas, and bottled water

Air travel to/from New Orleans, Louisiana

Shuttle to/from New Orleans, Louisiana cruise port.

Dining in the ship’s premium restaurants

Optional excursions and activities at the ports of call

Certain optional ship activities offered by the cruise line (such as spa treatments, personal training, wine tastings, yoga classes, private dance lessons, etc.)

Use of Internet Cafe or Wi-Fi on the ship

ALL GROUP ACTIVITIES ARE FOR THE WAY YOU MOVE DANCE CRUISE GUESTS.


PAYMENTS & TRANSFERRING RESERVATION  POLICIES

​

Installment Payments

​

1) Partial deposit + monthly installment payments

2) Deposit + quarterly installment payments

3) Pay the balance in full at the time of booking

No interest installment plan. Guests are required to adhere to the payment plan selected until the balance is fully paid. Installment payments are due on the 15th of each month, with the Balance paid in full by April 15, 2024. For cabins booked after April 15, 2024, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Late Payment Policy

​

Guests on the installment plan are required to make regular payments in accordance with the selected payment plan. If an account becomes 30 days past due, the customer will lose their cabin assignment and their reservation will be suspended. The customer will then have 15 days to bring the account current. If the account is brought current within those 15 days, they will receive a new cabin assignment, based on current availability and pricing. Any early discounts will be lost and the account balance adjusted accordingly. If an account becomes 30 days past due, without any communication by email and any agreed minimum payment, the reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.

Deposits

​

A partial deposit is any amount less than a $250 full deposit per person. Placement in our group can be saved with a partial deposit of $100, during the specified time period.  Regularly scheduled payments must be maintained.

A deposit of $250 per person (or $500 per person for suites or singles) is required to be assigned a cabin on The Way You Move Dance Cruise (TWYMDC). If you will be reserving a double-occupancy cabin, your reservation will not be confirmed until deposits have been received for all parties on the reservation. If only one party will be occupying a double-occupancy cabin, a $500 deposit will be required. Suites and balcony deposits may differ.  Initial deposits must be made by credit or debit card only. Checks are not accepted.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

​

For reservations made through April 1, 2024, your partial or full deposit is fully-refundable, for any reason, until 30 days after the date of initial reservations or booking. Guests canceling their reservations after 30 days will forfeit their partial or full deposit. Any amounts over the full deposit will be refunded after the completion of the Cruise. For reservations made after May 1, 2024, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your cruise with us, you may transfer your placement (your spot in the cabin) to another person upon the approval of your cabin mate.  Please be prepared for any fees and or transaction fees to facilitate this change. The Way You Move Dance Cruise will not be held responsible for locating a person or persons to take over your cabin/spot. If your cabin mate has to cancel you have 2 options. 1) Pay their portion of the cabin. 2) find another cabin mate. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of cancellation.  Please call for insurance rates.

 

Transferring Reservations

​

You may transfer your reservation to another person subject to the procedures in this paragraph and acceptance by "The Way You Move Cruise." Such transfer must be made no later than Friday, April 15, 2024. In order to make the transfer, all parties in the transfer must contact “The Way You Move Dance Cruise” in writing. The transfer agreement must be signed by all parties in order for the transfer to take place. There is a $50 transfer fee due at the time of transfer, which may be split in any manner between the transferor and the recipient. The transfer between the transferor and recipient may be as a gift or as a sale between the two parties. Transfers made without The Way You Move Dance Cruise participation and authorization will not be manifested to the ship and there will be no refund of the package price.

Cruise packages which were won as prizes in a promotional contest or sweepstakes are subject to the transfer rules of the promotion under which they were won, which in some cases may completely prohibit the sale or transfer of the cruise package. If there isn’t a promotional restriction, then the cruise package may be transferred under the policies described herein. All refunds, transfers, changes, and cancellation requests must be emailed. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of cancellation.  Please call for insurance rates.

Changing Pricing Categories

​

If after booking (paying a full deposit) you decide that you would like to change pricing categories, the price of the new cabin will be of the highest of (i) the current pricing of the new cabin or (ii) the price of the current cabin on your reservation.

​

Delinquencies

​

Payments more than fifteen (15) days past due MAY incur a late payment fee of $15 LATE FEE. The Way You Move Dance Cruise may also cancel a reservation if the reservation is two (2) payments delinquent unless you have notified The Way You Move Dance Cruise by email. If The Way You Move Dance Cruise believes that payment on the reservation will not be completed by the deadline, or if the “Reservation Agreement” has not been returned within ten (10) days of receipt. Should The Way You Move Dance Cruise cancel the reservation, the terms of this “Transfer, Cancellation, and Refund Policy” shall apply.

Insurance

​

Guests are encouraged to obtain travel vacation protection to protect themselves in the event of cancellation.  Vacation Protection is $109 per person.
