All prices are per person based on double occupancy per cabin unless otherwise noted.  There are a limited number of Ocean View Cabins. 

 

Cabin Deposit: $250.00 per person

FULL DEPOSIT OF $250.00 IS DUE BY FEBRUARY 3, 2025

Single Occupancy (One person in one cabin) $500 deposit.
Double Occupancy (Two people in one cabin $250 per person) Deposit $500

Cabin deposits must be paid in full in order to hold a cabin.
 

Payment Options

Partial payments will not hold your cabin.  However, we will allow you to begin making installment payments for a Registration Fee of $50.00.

You can make a payment toward the full deposit ( $250) until paid in full. 

 

1) Partial deposit + monthly installment payments

 2) Deposit + quarterly installment payments.  Full deposit due by February 3, 2025

 3) Pay the balance in full at the time of booking

 

No interest in the installment programs.  Guests are required to adhere to the payment plan selected until the balance is fully paid.  Installment payments are due on the 15th of each month, with the balance paid in full by April 3, 2025.  For cabins booked after April 3, 2025, full payment is due at the time of booking.
